The products shown on this website are all finished with hardwax oils. Hardwax oil is a hard-wearing natural looking finish available in a large range of different colours. The colours still allow the natural beauty of the wood grain to show through.

The hardwax oil is either applied on a professional oil line or, for certain products, by hand. A minimum of 2 coats are applied which are air dried between coats. The coats are buffed into the surface creating a breathable protective finish on the wood.

Once allowed to harden-off for 10 days after installation the boards are water and stain resistant. However, they are not suitable for wet environments or outside use.
