Sanded
Most of the products that are produced are sanded after the production process. It is often the last stage of the production line, prior to inspection, grading and packaging. The sanding is done with professional industrial wide belt sanders and is usually done in 2 or more steps.
The final step is done using a Grit 120 belt in the length direction of the board. This ensures a smooth surface which does not show any machining marks, sanding marks or lines, while still allowing the surface to be open enough to absorb the various finishes.
